Order A Web Hosting Package with Be-Lifted^
1. Setup Time
The normal setup time for web hosting accounts is approximately 24 hours. This means that your domain DNS must already be set up and ready to go.
2. Billing
Payment has to be done in advance in full for one year for all the hosting plans. If you are not sure how much space you need, start with the small one and you can upgrade to higher plans if need be.
If you wish to cancel your web hosting account, any remaining hosting charges are not refunded when cancelling hosting for a domain.
3. FAQ
Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section before you sign up for hosting, that way you will have a better idea of what kind of services Be-Lifted^ offers. Please note, we do not offer shell access or provide any kind of mailing list services.
4. Additional Domains
Additional Domains will be chargeable at a rate of SG$ 20 per domain name / year.
5. Domain Registration
Please register your domain name before hand, be-Lifted^ does not provide any kind of domain registration services. Check out the FAQ for more information.
6. DNS Configuration
We do not offer any kind of custom hosting configurations. For more info, please see our FAQ.
7. Domain Setup
Once your account is setup we will send you and email with information on how to update your domain record to reference our name servers.
9. Web Design Services
In order to use our web hosting services, you should be familiar with web design and know how to use FTP or you have someone who will help you develop your website. Be-Lifted can do things like setting up the domain with a cms like wordpress for you free of charge without any guarantees.
