Number 1, he thinks BIG. And I mean BIG. He's able to think out of the box and about the big picture. He's able to take an idea and basically pour in more elements which are not only logical, but criminally exciting as well.
Number 2, he's a ****ing hard worker. If you engage him, he's willing to do it for you just because he's willing to do it for you. He's not motivated by superficial gains but more of contentment and fulfillment. Some people call it passion.
